The Well Being Café: Peer Support Service

This is a peer led social group that meets two afternoons a week, Tuesday and Thursday from 2 until 5. People come to socialize, provide mutual support for each other in their recovery and forge social and recreational links with the local community. The only requirement for membership is that people have self experience of mental health difficulties.

Monthly Trialogue Meetings

We help to co-ordinate a Monthly Trialogue Meeting. The Trialogue is an open session where people come together to talk about some aspect of mental health. The meeting runs from 7-9 on the first Tuesday of each month in Tallaght Institute of Technology, room 148. Anyone who is interested in mental health can attend. There is no need to book in advance you can just turn up on the night. Further information on the Trialogue can be found at

Mental Health Recovery and WRAP Facilitation

TTN Staff are certified WRAP facilitators. On request we can provide workshops on mental health and wellness recovery action planning.

Pilot Supported Socialisation 'Head Out Project'

The Head Out Project supports people with mental health difficulties, through the involvement of volunteer partners, to participate in their community, empowering them to re-establish and expand personal interests, contacts and access resources within their community thus alleviating social isolation and exclusion.
